FALL Classes will begin in North Stonington September 13.
The focus will be more of a "therapeutic" approach to Pilates and Yoga which will focus on the areas of our body that maybe a bit more troublesome as we age. The key is strengthening and stretching and proper alignment for the best results. As I am doing some additional training on my own I hope to bring to you a workout that will lesson the aches and pains and strive for better balance, alignment and flexibility. We will be using Pilates core training balls, resistant rings, weights and bands. Early registration is recommended. We will have classes on Tuesdays (Pilates 8:30-9:30 am) Ledyard 6-7 pm, Yoga (Wednesdays 9-10:30 am) and Thursdays (9-10 am). Friday morning Yoga class will begin late October.
All classes will be held at Weissmuller Academy on Route 2, North Stonington across from Chelsea Groton Bank.
