About Pilates & Movement
Pilates class focuses on the core and we work the entire body.
I have revised the workout to include a therapeutic approach as we age,
and even as we are young, these key elements make a difference in the prevention
and healing of injuries and a faster recovery time.
The work includes upper body strength with weights,
stretching with bands and core strength with core stability balls. (provided)
You will see and feel the difference. Coupled with a healthy diet which includes a lower carb intake,
protein, lots of veggies and eating at regular times will make a difference in your health and well-being.

About Kripalu YOGA
My goals for YOGA are for a quieter mind, a relaxed body, stretched, strong and flexible.
It is a meditative class with deep breathing, centering, finding your center and allowing yourself to relax,
release and let go. Finding the peace within.
This class is a deeper practice with reflection of the postures and self-observation to deeply connect
with your inner self. We are so often these days distracted and this class
will offer focus on the body, mind and spirit.
It is a practice of mindfulness and compassion.
