Quiet the mind, strengthen and stretch your body and breathe deeply.
Please bring a Yoga mat, block, and a pillow if desired for deep relaxation, and dress comfortably.
Pilates: A combination of Pilates and Yoga for a complete body workout.
We will use bands and weights for upper body strength and flexibility.
Focusing on the core we will be working smaller intrinsic muscles
which assists in balance, stability and a strong body.
Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat, 1-to-3-pound weights and a block. Bands will be provided.
